CompUSA vs. the Apple Store, Chapter II

Well, we hate to say we told you so, but we wrote about the debacle that was CompUSA vs. the great experience of the Apple Store months ago. Now CompUSA is gone (yes, online, but gone as a retail entity) and the Apple Store thrives (check out our post here).

Seems to us that great service pays off. Crappy service will get you in the end. This just proves it.

Are you providing outstanding service to your clients every day? If not, how long before it catches up?
