I’ve been pretty vocal about my displeasure with AT&T’s service of late, mostly because I can’t get a straight answer. It’s been a big part of my Twitter stream, and I even wrote a letter to the CEO here.

Then, John Metzger forwards me this voice mail (name and number removed).

Two things:

  1. Half our company already has an iPhone, we just don’t have a massive business account. Believe me, if I was paying for all this incompetence myself, I’d be even more vocal.
  2. AT&T keeps saying that the iPhone is a strain on the network, and that’s part of the problem. If I had a horse that was struggling to pull a wagon and wasn’t doing a very good job, the last thing I would do is call people and ask them to put more items on the wagon.

Sorry, this just struck me as funny… and as a fail. Please, fix the service I’m paying for before you offer me more.
