		<description>Thanks for weighing in, Jessica. However, I&#039;d like to encourage you to be MORE irritated with off-target pitches. In my opinion, that&#039;s just bad PR. It&#039;s one thing to have a pitch that&#039;s close but off by just a little. In this case, you made it clear you&#039;re not supporter &#8212; that makes this a poorly researched, poorly targeted and poorly executed shot. That&#039;s a waste of your time and waste of the time of whoever is being paid to pitch you &#8212; agency or in-house person. Journalists have been singing this song for some time, and bloggers deserve the same respect.  
 
Thanks for the comment, and have a great New Year! And, I&#039;ll buy the burger when we&#039;re in the same city. Say when!
