Essentially, King Soopers is saying they care for the environment. I’m sure they do many things. Let me give [...]

So, thanks to my 19-year-old son, I had the distinct pleasure (he said sarcastically) of meeting some of the people that decide whether or not you get to keep your license to drive after too many speeding tickets. Believe me, it ain’t pretty.
Just as social media can shine a light on poor customer service, [...]

If you read my post about my issues with Jawbone customer service, you know I was none too happy with them earlier this week.
The good news? Jawbone watches the blogosphere, and they read my post (points!). Then, they called me to discuss the issues (points!). And best of all, they solved my problem [...]

I have two Jawbone bluetooth headsets: the original, which my wife uses, and the new one. Love this product, and have recommended it to many. Depending on how they finish out the customer service mess they started with me this week, we’ll see if I ever buy or recommend another.

Something very interesting is beginning to happen at the I Want My Rocky page.
Journalism!
There’s a news story by Kevin Flynn, a rant about Def Leppard ticket prices from Mark Brown and arts coverage from Mary Voelz Chandler, Marc Shulgold, Lisa Bornstein and Bob Denerstein.

In December, I wrote about all the fun I had trying to get an AT&T Wireless Internet device to work with my Mac. You can read my adventure here. Long story short, after 24 painful hours, I returned it.
We just got our latest AT&T bill, and guess what — the monthly service charge [...]

For those of you who read my rants here or follow me on Twitter, you know I’m not a big United Airlines fan.
AT&T may have topped them in the last 24 hours.
The saga begins when I made the mistake of trying to buy a 3G card for my MacBook Pro. Seems simple. Bought [...]

Boulder native, New York Times reporter and Rudy Park co-creator Matt Richtel has launched his latest creative project: a novel on Twitter.
Called Twiller, it’s a thriller delivered one 140-character slice at a time. Catch it at http://twitter.com/mrichtel. You might want to check the plot summary first before jumping into tweets like this:

In response to a press release Metzger sent Thursday on behalf of new client iTech Fitness, I received the following email from the Internet experts at eMediaWorld.com. This is just an excerpt from the 500-line original, but you get the idea.
Thanks, guys, I’m all over it!

Today, my wife got the same letter I a few days ago which prompted my rant. I like Bill Green’s comment, and he might be right. If he is, it’s no longer stupid and now a bit devious. Either way, I think it’s ridiculous.
Then, I realize that not only are they putting all [...]
